Is this real leather?
All Corelli MG leather products are made of real leather. See more details in each item’s description. Most Corelli MG leathers are full-grain cowhide, the strongest and most durable part of an animal's hide. For over 20 years, it has been the "Gold Standard" in motorcycle apparel. We also offer buffalo and goat leather items.
Are the product pictures real?
All Corelli MG product photos are proprietary and of the real products shown on our site. You get what you see!
What is my size?
Take your measurements as described in the "size chart" on the product description page and see which size corresponds to them. Remember that motorcycle jackets and pants are cut to fit the body more snugly than regular clothing; loose clothing allows for airflow and creates discomfort when riding high speed.
What should I do if my product fabric, stitching or accessory fails to perform?
If the product has a Corelli MG "lifetime warranty," simply follow the instructions in the warranty description or email us at corelli.motogear@gmail.com.
What is a "CE" protector?
"CE" is short for "CE certified". CE (Conformité Européene) is a European standard that certifies protective equipment, including motorcycle gear such as jackets, pants, boots, gloves, and bumpers. The CE rating indicates that the product meets specific safety standards. All Corelli MG protectors are CE-certified.

Do you have a physical store?
We only have a showroom in our European office. Our products are stored in logistics centers in the US and are ready to be shipped the same day.
How can I return or exchange my purchase?
A. We have a "no-questions asked" policy for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Shipping is FREE for both! To return, send the item to the address below and email an image of the shipping receipt and tracking number to corelli.motogear@gmail.com. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase plus the shipping cost for the return within 24 hours of our receiving the item.
B. To exchange, simply return the item you want to exchange and email us at corelli.motogear@gmail.com with what size you would like us to exchange it for. We will ship the new size to your address of purchase or any other address in the US you request for FREE.

Why are our prices competitive?
Opposite to what most people think, third-party sellers such as Amazon, eBay, etc., rarely offer the best value to buyers. In addition to fulfillment and storage fees, Amazon charges sellers 15% commission, which is ultimately passed on to the buyer. Buying directly from a retailer eliminates these charges, thus prices are lower. Sales on Amazon or eBay are handled by people with no industry knowledge, which often creates a level of uncertainty when making a purchase.
